Moxie

Moxie is a name (of unknown origin) which is given to the virtual machine kindly donated to us by Bytemark hosting many years ago. It currently runs Debian Wheezy and is only accessible to admins. It is not powerful enough to have as a general login server.

To access moxie's serial console:

ssh netsoc@netsoc.vmadmin.bytemark.co.uk and enter moxie's root password

Admins will get a serial shell then (remember to logout when you're done!).

The hostname 'tcdnetsoc.org' also points to moxie.
